Our founder
Sophie Ehrlich is passionate about global healthcare innovation and technology that saves lives and improves quality of life. With more than 20 years of experience in Health and medtech, including senior roles in start-ups, government, and corporates, she brings a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic insight.
Sophie’s sector experience includes business development, strategic partnerships, technology scouting, M&A, identifying and evaluating companies from seed stage to pre-IPO, and building and managing portfolios of health innovation companies.
A recognised thought leader in the field, Sophie is a regular public speaker and media contributor, she offers insights on healthcare investment trends and the fundraising environment. She is also a member of the World Health Organisation's Roster of Experts in Digital Health, a mentor for MassChallenge and on Tech Tour’s Selection Panel.
